W.H.I.P Patisserie

This week WHIP Patisserie opened its first store on Beaufort Street, making it Perth’s only completely vegan French patisserie!Whip have been selling their beautiful French pastries at markets around Perth over the last three years, but now we won’t have to wait till the weekend to get our pastry fix!They sell a range of filled pastries and croissants, as well as tarts, quiches, macarons and other desserts. I particularly love the creativity of their flavours and the use of Australian natives.I couldn’t resist trying the current Valentines’s Day special: a lychee crème filled eclair topped with a tangy raspberry chocolate. It was absolutely delicious, the crème filling was very light and not overly sweet, and the chocolate had a beautifully potent raspberry flavour!I also tried the Scrambled Tofu and Mushroom Croissant which was also very delicious, I just love how light and crispy their croissants are!

We hired W.H.I.P. Patisserie to cater a high tea for my mother’s birthday. It was a seamless process with excellent communication. The food was absolutely delicious and beautiful. Will definitely be using their service again! Thanks so much.

Definitely recommend, best vegan croissants I’m Perth and lots of flavours! I prefer the savoury more than the sweet, with the potato and cheese quiche and ham and cheese croissant being my favourite. If you’re in the area it’s worth popping in!

I’m so excited to have a vegan bakery nearby. I have an egg allergy and can’t usually eat cakes or pastries. I have tried the custard tart so far and it was delish. I am looking forward to trying the rest of my treats.A lovey French lady was serving who knew all about their products.

Best vegan croissant in Perth !they also have a great selection of pastries and gluten free items. Super service & friendly team.my in law are allergic to pea protein, chickpea and other things but they've always tried to accommodate it by twisting their recipe.

Tried a couple of pastries but weren't too keen on them unfortunately. However, the croissants are a winner. Would consider another trip for just those.
