I love the freshly baked goods from Brumby's. Always great customer service.

Delicious bread, donuts and pies. Always good quality.

Went there st 3.30 and closed at 6 but they had already turned off the coffee machine.

Limited range unexciting food

Last Thursday My husband walked into Brubmys asking for Rye bread as they didn’t have it they offered to bake it for him the next day and call him when it was ready. The next day they called at 5:50 pm almost surprised as to why he hadn’t collected the bread. Despite being busy my husband had the courtesy to go in and pick up the bread which he did at exactly 6pm. After he paid and being excited to try this bread the counter girl was rude enough to question him as to why he hadn’t picked up the bread earlier and that he needs to come in earlier in the future. My husband explained that Brumbys never called and it was only after they called that he came in. The girl persisted with complete disregard for customer service or acknowledgement of the courtesy paid by my husband. Needless to say we will never be ordering there again and whilst we understand one person does not represent the good work of others the experience left a bad taste.
