Sorry this really isn’t a nice bakery. The food is always stale and old. The display cabinets are always really dirty. It doesn’t look like it’s well taken care of at all. The staff are generally usually friendly though.

The Apple Crumble muffin was sad and literally crumble, when I tried to pick it off the baking paper gently. You can tell this from the clean crack and everything crumbling. The bottom of the muffin was burnt and bitterThe taste was none existence for apple or any other flavour. Just a whole lot of sugar and bitter taste. The dough on the top of the muffin is very dry. The middle was very soft and soggy, the bottom was burnt and bitter. I pick the muffin up at 7.23am. this felt like a muffin that's been left on display for a while day and reheated or just not done brumbys standardThe standard has really drop. Would not recommend their muffin at this time in 2021.Edit: I can't eat it. It's binned

Customer service is hopeless. Rude. Unhelpful. Inconsistency in product. Coffee is substandard at best, worse considering the price.

Could do with a revamp or clean. There were a few pastries and desserts in the cabinet, that either wasn't temperature controlled or needed to be increased, as things like icing and custards were all melting and did not look appetising. Tried one nonetheless and it still tasted fine just visually was not the standard I'm used to seeing at Brumbys. Bread was fine and consistent.

Wow! I have had coffee from all over Western Australia. I've had a few bad ones but this was the worst. It wasn't instant coffee but the flavour was warm milk that had been out for too long combined with one of those awful coffee bags from the 90's (I don't know if that's what it was but...). The staff member was pleasant enough and I don't know what their food is like but don't drink the coffee!!
